Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a senior advisor to Global Advisory Services, partnering with Global HQ Pharma clients on strategic, technological, and operational challenges. You will shape and deliver high-impact consulting engagements for C-suite stakeholders, driving client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, translating industry dynamics into strategic value, and identifying new opportunities across the IQVIA portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, graduate degree or MBA not required but preferred
• Minimum 12 years’ professional experience in technology/data & digital strategy consulting or life sciences
• Strong commitment to life sciences/healthcare space
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and delivering client engagements
• Proven ability to build lasting client relationships grounded in trust and mutual value creation

Responsibilities

• Own client engagements end-to-end with satisfaction, quality and measurable value
• Identify follow-on opportunities and generate new leads across IQVIA portfolio
• Meet or exceed revenue targets by delivering high-impact proposals
• Travel to client locations as needed
• Maintain proactive post-delivery engagement to reinforce partnership
