Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting.
• 8+ years in the Pharma & Life Sciences commercial domain.
• Demonstrated success managing a balanced pipeline of short-term opportunities and long-term engagements.
• Natural influencer with ability to build relationships easily.
• Excellent consultative selling skills and ability to assemble cross-functional teams.
• Ability to engage with Senior Executives at client site.
• Expertise in Solution Development and storytelling with evidence.
• Collaboration, influence and persuasion in a complex matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with key executives and decision-makers within a dedicated large Pharma Account.
• Engage senior stakeholders with gravitas and provide new perspectives on Asset Strategy.
• Drive global growth with focus on revenue and profitability for the assigned assets.
• Support development of the Commercial & Medical Affairs account asset strategy and orchestrate execution.
• Align the asset strategy with RDS & RWE for a cohesive Molecule to Market engagement.
• Build long-term relationships with asset and brand leaders to secure revenue growth across Commercial, Analytics, RWE & Technology.
• Influence client strategy and IQVIA positioning through thought leadership and senior resources.
• Lead go-to-market initiatives for global buying centers in Commercial Consulting and Analytics.
