You will coordinate cross‑functional and international teams, maintain PMO processes, tools and reporting, and prepare status updates for senior leadership to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 5+ years managing global projects.
• Experience with business transformation, strategic initiatives, or product launches.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional global projects across functions, regions, and teams.
• Support business transformation, strategic initiatives, and product launches.
• Maintain PMO processes, tools, reporting, and documentation.
• Collaborate with global commercial and marketing teams to ensure delivery.
• Plan projects, manage risks, resources, and performance tracking.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate meetings, town halls, workshops, and project activities.
• Assist PMO leads with governance and delivery.
• Ensure effective communication across global teams.
