• Prepare project status reports, presentations, and summaries for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, workshops, town halls, and project activities.
• Support senior PMO leads and project managers with project delivery and governance.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment across global teams.
• Identify project issues and support timely resolution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience managing matrixed, cross-functional, or global projects/programs.
• Experience with business transformation, strategic initiatives, or product launches.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Familiarity with PMO methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Experience supporting international teams or initiatives is preferred.
• Pharmaceutical industry or marketing experience is a plus.
• Project management certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
