Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Sr Marketing Development Manager to own and drive digital marketing, service line marketing, and trade show strategy for a global CDMO business. The successful candidate will partner with commercial leadership, BD teams, and external agencies to execute campaigns and customer engagement initiatives globally.

The role carries budget ownership with potential to build and lead a team as the function scales, overseeing digital, service line, and event marketing

Qualifications

7+ years in B2B/commercial/digital marketing with proven program and budget ownership.
Pharma, biotech, healthcare, or CDMO experience, including trade show portfolio management.
Strong leadership and stakeholder influence; CRM/marketing automation/AI tools proficiency a plus.

Responsibilities

Own SEO, GEO, paid media, email, and website strategy; guide budgets.
Lead go-to-market strategy per service line; create capability decks and collateral.
Co-lead end-to-end trade shows and events with budget and ROI focus.
Drive customer campaigns, blogs, and webinars; enable sales with content.
Coordinate globally with teams/agencies; manage market intelligence and AI tools.
