Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Management leader to own portfolio delivery and governance at the site level. You will drive customer satisfaction, manage escalations, and partner with Finance on forecasts while coordinating with global PMO for standardized processes.

The role requires leading client-facing, cross-functional teams in a regulated environment and coaching junior PMs to ensure delivery excellence across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, or business discipline.
• Formal Project Management training or certification (PMP / PRINCE2 / equivalent).
• Experience leading client-facing, cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.
• Strong working knowledge of PM tools such as Smartsheet or MS Project.
• Strong commercial, financial, and customer-management acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio delivery performance and ensure commitments on scope, timeline, cost, quality, and compliance.
• Act as escalation point for high-risk or cross-project issues and ensure ownership.
• Maintain active oversight of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish and own the site-level governance framework aligned to Global PMO standards.
• Provide portfolio-level reporting on status, risks, and outlook.
