Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Global Product Manager, Pharma, to shape and execute the company’s global Pharma product strategy. You will drive compliant, resilient, and integrated supply chain solutions across Ocean, air, landside, and warehousing, partnering with senior leaders to expand the Pharma vertical.

You will lead global product initiatives, coordinate with technology teams and external partners, and ensure superior customer value and compliance across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical logistics, healthcare supply chains, or cold chain.
• Experience developing products, solutions, or operating models for end-to-end supply chains.
• Ability to translate customer, market, and regulatory needs into product priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global Pharma product strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
• Identify customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunities across accounts.
• Expand Pharma Cold Chain Management across reefer and dry flows.
• Establish scalable product standards, pricing governance, and value propositions.
• Strengthen GDP and QMS execution, visibility, and exception management.
• Collaborate with regional teams, Sales, Operations, and partners.
