Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Pharma Forecasting Specialist to join our Commercial analytics and forecasting team. You will deliver forecasts at global, regional, and country levels, working with cross-functional teams to drive insights and strategic decisions.

A strong TA background and 10+ years in pharmaceutical forecasting, plus Python proficiency, are required to support forecasting assumptions, concept notes, and impactful presentations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical forecasting experience.
• Strong TA expertise across oncology, vaccines, immunology or rare diseases.
• Ability to develop forecasting assumptions, create concept notes and presentations.
• Basic proficiency in Python to support forecasting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term brand forecasts.
• Conduct brand, franchise, regional and country-level forecasting.
• Apply quantitative methods and sensitivity analyses to assess risks.
• Build and validate forecasting models and recommend methodologies.
• Prepare concepts, reports and dashboards to communicate insights.
• Present findings to senior leadership to support decisions.
• Leverage Python and analytics tools to automate forecasting processes.
• Drive continuous improvement with emerging forecasting technologies.
