American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Pharmaceutical Congress Meeting Planner to serve as primary liaison for global pharmaceutical congresses. This role requires travel up to 40% and close collaboration with client contacts to meet program objectives.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of pharma congress planning, a 4-year degree, CMP designation preferred, and strong skills in program management, Excel, and CVENT.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years pharma congress planning experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; CMP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage program timelines and workflows with clients and suppliers.
• Coordinate hotel, DMC, airfare, and third-party contracts.
• Monitor attrition, cancellations, and billing reconciliation.
• Produce program itineraries and post-program debriefs with clients.
• Maintain records and ToV reporting per policies.
