Job summary

Liberty Mutual's Global Legal & Compliance (GL&C) organization seeks a Performance and Execution Leader to steer its shared services, Home Office paralegal organization, and outsourcing programs. You will drive productivity, governance, and AI-enabled delivery across a 50–100 person team, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA/JD or equivalent) preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in operations, shared services, or professional delivery leadership.
• Demonstrated experience owning scaled service delivery operations — shared services, BPO, or centralized professional services.
• Experience leading operating model transformation and AI-enabled work evolution in a large organization.
• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or legal services is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate GL&C's centralized legal shared services and Home Office paralegal organization as a unified model.
• Drive productivity improvements within the Performance & Execution portfolio toward 3–4% annual gains.
• Build and govern performance intelligence with a clear measurement framework for delivery performance.
• Partner with advisory, litigation, and compliance groups to shift work to AI automation, paralegal leverage, and outsourcing.
• Integrate AI-native delivery, embedding AI into core processes in partnership with Data Office.
• Define governance and decision rights for delivery model selection and work migration.
• Lead a high-performing, integrated organization with a unified vision and KPIs.
• Ensure scalable delivery and professional standards across paralegal and delivery teams.
