Ampcus Inc. is seeking a highly motivated HR Consultant to manage pension administration for the Germany and UK pension programs under the OMBP. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in pension regulations and strong analytical skills. Initial in-office training is mandatory, transitioning to a hybrid work model thereafter.

This role demands interaction with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, making it essential for candidates to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in pension administration and a background in Human Resources.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Administer day-to-day operations of Germany pension plan.
• Serve as the primary contact for the Germany Pension Plan.
• Coordinate with pension team and administrators to ensure compliance.
• Review and reconcile pension data and payroll records.
• Support annual pension audits and regulatory filings.
