Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a PCI Specialist to lead end-to-end PCI assessment processes within the Cybersecurity Technology and Controls Global Regulatory Assessments team. You will partner with QSAs, control owners, and stakeholders to validate compliance and protect cardholder data across diverse environments.

You will drive remediation activities, develop compensating controls, and provide guidance to ensure timely closure and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology risk and controls, risk-based consulting, risk assessments, or audit with PCI DSS focus.
• Broad knowledge of technology infrastructure and PCI DSS requirements, including implementation and oversight of risk and controls.
• Experience tracking and driving remediation of PCI findings and documenting compensating controls through PCI SSC process.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple PCI assessments within firm standards and deadlines.
• Review PCI documentation ensuring PCI SSC compliance and professional judgment on complex issues.
• Define assessment scope with business leads and control owners across people, processes, systems, and third-party dependencies.
• Collaborate with external QSAs to align assessments with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor risk indicators, identify non-compliance, and support remediation including compensating controls.
• Guide remediation activities and support closure verification.
• Build strong business and technology relationships as a trusted compliance partner.
• Communicate findings, develop recommendations, and deliver metrics and management reports.
