Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Global Supply Manager to own supply management for PCB components used in server racks for our global datacenter network. You will manage internal stakeholders and supplier relationships to ensure continuity of supply, lifecycle management, and process improvements.

The role emphasizes operating excellence, data-driven decisions, and partnering with Hardware Engineering and PCBA GSM to develop buffer plans and second sourcing strategies. Based in Seattle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration or operations experience.
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, operational and financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python.
• Experience in global supply chain management, managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consumer electronics product company.

Responsibilities

• Own supply management for PCB/sub-tier components; ensure continuity of supply and lifecycle management.
• Create and execute supply planning strategies to meet internal stakeholders and customer needs.
• Manage supplier relationships and allocate materials based on priority.
• Gather data and synthesize reports for rhythm of the business (QBRs, ops syncs).
• Identify process improvements to better meet capacity needs.
