Job summary

Agility Robotics in Fremont, CA seeks a Global Supply Manager – PCBA to lead worldwide sourcing of PCBAs and related electronics assemblies for its humanoid platforms. You will own supplier selection, cost management, and performance, partnering with Engineering and Manufacturing to influence design decisions and ensure a resilient supply chain.

The role requires deep electronics manufacturing knowledge, 8+ years in procurement, and willingness to travel up to 35%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering is required.
• 8+ years in procurement or supply chain, with 5+ years in PCBA/electronics commodities.
• Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and ability to read schematics, BOMs, DFM/DFT independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for PCBAs and related assemblies.
• Influence component selection with Engineering to balance cost, performance, and manufacturability.
• Lead supplier identification, selection, and qualification globally.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships, drive cost, quality, and delivery improvements.
• Champion cost modeling and value engineering to ensure competitive pricing.
• Negotiate supplier agreements on pricing, terms, quality, and delivery.
• Support NPI by ensuring PCBAs are sourced on schedule.
• Develop supply risk assessments and business continuity plans.
