Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive payroll experience in multi-state corporate payroll.
• Experience diagnosing and remediating broken payroll processes.
• Expert-level ADP Workforce Now configuration and administration.
• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PivotTables, nested formulas) for auditing and data analysis.
• Strong general ledger reconciliation and financial-controls background.
• Collaborative, approachable team member who works with Finance and HR at all levels.

Aufgaben

• Payroll Stabilization & Process Remediation: audit current payroll processing and fix root causes.
• Payroll Architecture & Operations: manage multi-state/multi-country payrolls and time clock data integrity.
• Workforce Analytics & Labor Cost Reporting: build reports on labor costs, headcount, and trends.
• Compliance & Audit Support: ensure payroll regulatory compliance and support external audits.
• Lead year-end payroll processing routines including W-2 balancing and tax adjustments.
