Job summary

Carlisle Fluid Tech is seeking a Payroll & Workforce Analytics Manager in Shoreview, MN. You will own end-to-end payroll operations, linking payroll data to labor cost reporting and external audits.

The role focuses on stabilization, analytics, and governance, distinct from benefits administration. Responsibilities include stabilizing payroll processes, building robust data feeds, managing multi-state and international payrolls, and driving workforce analytics for FP&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive multi-state payroll experience, ideally in a finance-led setting.
• Proven ability to diagnose and fix a broken payroll process, not just operate a stable one.
• Expert ADP Workforce Now configuration with advanced payroll workflows, reporting, and security.
• Advanced Excel skills for heavy auditing and data analysis.
• Strong GL reconciliation and financial controls background.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and highly organized with collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Stabilize payroll processes and remediate root causes within initial 60 days.
• Own end-to-end payroll architecture, data feeds, and GL reconciliation.
• Manage multi-state and multi-country payrolls for hourly and salaried staff.
• Oversee year-end payroll tasks, W-2s, and state/federal adjustments.
• Lead workforce analytics, labor cost reporting, and forecasting with FP&A.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local payroll laws and audits.
