Job summary

Moody's is seeking an experienced payroll leader to join Global Payroll Operations at VP/AVP level. The role oversees end-to-end payroll projects, M&A integration work, and automation initiatives across Moody's global footprint.

You will leverage Workday HCM to support payroll processes, comply with U.S. and international tax rules, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver time-sensitive initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading global or multi-country payroll operations.
• Experience with mergers & acquisitions payroll integration and data harmonization.
• Hands-on Workday HCM configuration, testing and reporting for payroll.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and international payroll tax rules and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead global payroll projects from initiation to completion, including scope, plan, and risk management.
• Own payroll workstreams for M&A integrations and post-close stabilization.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase accuracy and reduce manual work.
• Serve as subject matter expert on Workday HCM; coordinate with HRIS/Tech teams.
