Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Operations Manager in Wisconsin to lead large-scale system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. The role requires developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while coordinating with IT, Finance, HR, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.

Candidates should have 5+ years in payroll operations and a proven track record of implementing payroll systems with strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations.
