Job summary

Quality Talent Group in the United States is seeking a seasoned Payroll Project Manager to lead large-scale payroll system implementations and upgrades. You will develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while coordinating with IT, Finance, HR, and external vendors to ensure smooth deployments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of payroll operations experience and at least 3 years in project management, with proven success implementing payroll systems and a solid knowledge of payroll tax laws

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of payroll operations experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing payroll systems.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale payroll system implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
