Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the Global Payroll Strategy and Americas Payroll operations.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and SLA performance.
• Drive payroll transformation, standardization, and automation.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and Legal to ensure seamless integration across functions.
• Analyze payroll data and present metrics to senior management.
• Ensure accurate US and LATAM payroll delivery in both union and non-union environments.
