SMK Soft Inc. is seeking a Payroll Service Delivery Analyst in San Antonio, TX. You will manage end-to-end payroll, including USD and foreign currency, and balance payroll activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance across time zones.

You will produce regular payroll reports, resolve discrepancies with employees, and support process improvements under supervision. Experience with ADP systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Payroll Processor or similar role
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll practices
• Knowledge of US federal and state regulations
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle confidential information
• Proficient in Excel and payroll systems

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees
• Ensure payroll transactions are processed timely and accurately
• Provide customer service to employees on compensation, taxes, and timekeeping
• Educate teammates on payroll policies and processes
• Prepare journal entries related to payroll and benefits; record payroll transactions
• Process year-end reporting (W-2, W-2c, P60) and garnishments
• Perform daily payroll operations and data entry
• Balance payroll and document wage-related transactions
• Handle multi-currency payroll and intercompany transactions
