Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Payroll Service Delivery Analyst for a 6-month contract in San Antonio, TX. You will own end-to-end payroll processing, balance payrolls, and produce timely financial reports for USD and foreign currencies.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in payroll, strong accounting fundamentals, and Excel skills. You will collaborate with payroll managers and HR, apply payroll laws, and help improve processes in a fast-paced, global environment. Knowledge of ADP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience as a Payroll Processor or similar role.
• Strong understanding of payroll laws and enterprise processes.
• Proficient with payroll software and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
• Balance payrolls and produce regular and ad hoc reports.
• Communicate with employees about pay discrepancies.
• Process 940/941 and year-end forms for US payroll.
