Gusto is hiring a Senior Product Design Manager for Payroll, a high-impact, cross-functional role shaping the UX for a critical product used by millions. You will lead a design team, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, Ops and Compliance, and drive strategy to reduce payroll complexity while delivering delightful, AI-enabled experiences.

This is a full-time, remote-friendly role with equity opportunities and strong Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading product design for complex payroll or fintech platforms.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data and Compliance teams.
• Experience shaping design for large-scale, high-impact products.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Payroll design team and set the UX direction for a high-visibility area.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, Ops and Compliance to simplify payroll workflows.
• Translate business requirements into user-centered design initiatives and outcomes.
