Job summary

Gusto is hiring a Senior Product Design Manager for Payroll, a high-impact, cross-functional role shaping the UX for a critical product used by millions. You will lead a design team, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, Ops and Compliance, and drive strategy to reduce payroll complexity while delivering delightful, AI-enabled experiences.
