Job summary

Niural Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented PEO Implementation Specialist to guide new clients through onboarding across payroll, PEO, EOR, and Canada payroll.

You will coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Payroll Operations, Benefits, Tax, Global Operations, and Engineering to ensure a smooth transition from signed client to active client, handling data accuracy and timelines. Qualifications

• 2+ years of implementation/onboarding experience in payroll or HRIS.
• Continuously demonstrate attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience coordinating with multiple internal teams during onboarding.
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage client implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients during implementation.
• Collect and review onboarding information (company, employees, payroll history, tax, benefits).
• Coordinate internal setup across Finance, Benefits, Tax, Global Ops, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Track milestones, deadlines, missing items, risks and blockers.
• Support payroll setup and onboarding tasks for PEO, EOR, and global payroll.
• Review client data for accuracy before launch.
• Prepare clients for first payroll, invoice, or go-live milestone.
