Job summary

Niural is hiring a detail-oriented PEO Implementation Specialist to support onboarding across payroll, PEO, EOR, and Canada payroll. You will guide clients through implementation, collect required information, and coordinate internal setup tasks to ensure a smooth launch.

The Implementation Specialist works closely with Sales, Customer Success, Payroll Operations, Benefits, Tax, Global Operations, and Engineering to ensure a seamless transition from signed client to active client.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, payroll, HRIS, PEO, EOR, global payroll, or client operations.
• Strong understanding of payroll onboarding, employee data, payroll setup, and implementation workflows.
• Experience working directly with clients during onboarding or implementation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client timelines at once.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review data for accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage client implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation.
• Collect and review onboarding information (company, employee data, payroll history, tax, benefits, contractor details, entity details).
• Coordinate internal setup tasks across Payroll Operations, Benefits, Tax, Global Operations, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales.
• Track implementation milestones, deadlines, risks, and blockers.
• Support payroll setup, including pay schedules, earnings, deductions, and employee data.
• Support PEO onboarding tasks (employee setup, benefits coordination, tax setup, client readiness).
• Support EOR and global payroll onboarding tasks (employee info, salary details, country requirements).
• Support contractor onboarding, including payment setup and compliance documentation.
• Review client data for accuracy before launch.
• Prepare clients for first payroll, first invoice, and go-live milestones.
• Communicate timelines and next steps clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Document implementation notes and handoff information.
