Job summary

ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Princeton, NJ, seeks a Manager, Payroll and Operations to lead end-to-end payroll for the US and Canada with oversight for EU and India. This hybrid role collaborates with HR and Finance to ensure accurate, compliant, and scalable payroll processes across jurisdictions.

The position manages payroll staff, strengthens SOX controls, handles tax filings, and drives system enhancements. A strong background in multi-state payroll and Oracle Fusion HCM is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in payroll/HR operations in pharmaceutical or life sciences with leadership responsibility.
• Experience with ADP WorkforceNow and HRIS systems; data analytics familiarity.
• Deep understanding of multi-state tax compliance, SOX, and process ownership.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end payroll oversight for US and Canada, with EU and India oversight.
• Lead payroll policies, controls, timekeeping, and internal audits; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage two payroll staff in a dotted-line capacity; support cross-functional partners in HR and Finance.
• Oversee tax filings, reconciliations, reporting, and vendor relationships; drive process improvements.
• Ensure payroll data integrity in HRIS/Payroll systems and alignment with Oracle and other platforms.
