Regeneron is seeking an International Payroll Associate Manager in Dublin to lead multi-country payroll operations within a hybrid setup. You will collaborate with HR, Finance and Tax to ensure accurate, compliant and timely payroll delivery across countries.

You will supervise analysts, manage vendor SLAs and maintain statutory compliance, supporting audits, year-end filings and equity reporting. Strong Excel and HRIS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in multi-country or international payroll.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Irish payroll legislation: PAYE/PRSI/USC and PAYE Modernisation.
• Experience with Workday, ADP or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Controls-environment and audit-support experience.
• Advanced Excel: XLOOKUP, pivots and reconciliations.
• Strong cross-functional, cross-time-zone communication and stakeholder management.
• Preferred payroll qualification: CIPP Ireland Certificate or Diploma.
• Preferred shadow payroll, expatriate tax or share-plan experience.
• Preferred exposure to SOX controls and payroll system implementations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee international payroll from submission to funding.
• Supervise analysts with coaching, onboarding and performance feedback.
• Manage payroll vendor SLAs, issues and escalations.
• Maintain statutory compliance and audit evidence.
• Reconcile payroll to GL with Finance and support audits.
• Coordinate tax equalisation, shadow payroll and Irish reporting.
• Document processes and drive automation opportunities.
• Handle confidential payroll work with a careful, collaborative approach.
