Job summary

Vector Laboratories, Inc. is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to own end-to-end payroll operations and payroll accounting for its global workforce.

You will oversee multi-state US payroll, coordinate with third-party vendors supporting UK and Netherlands operations, and ensure accurate processing with compliant practices. Reporting to Finance leadership, you will post journal entries, perform month-end reconciliations, support Form 5500, and collaborate with Benefits, HR, and external

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Progressive payroll and payroll accounting experience, including exposure to global or multi-country payroll; UK and/or Netherlands experience preferred.
• Technical proficiency with payroll systems (ADP preferred) and ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of Form 5500 and nondiscrimination testing.

Responsibilities

• Process and administer multi-state US payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with third-party payroll vendors supporting UK and Netherlands operations.
• Provide payroll guidance and support across Vector sites including Newark and others.
• Post payroll journal entries to the general ledger; perform month-end reconciliations.
• Manage cash application related to payroll disbursements; ensure accurate cost allocation.
• Support compliance with wage/hour laws, tax withholding, and benefits-related payroll requirements.
