Job summary

RemotePass is seeking a Cost Accountant to support our Employer of Record operations. You will verify payroll costs, issue client invoices, and manage payments across multiple currencies and entities.

The role requires 3+ years in accounting, CPA/ACCA/CA or equivalent, and strong Excel skills. You will collaborate with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate billing and timely payments, operating primarily during CET hours in a fast-growing, global remote-work friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or audit with invoicing and reconciliations.
• Accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent).
• Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting in a group of companies.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Team player with clear stakeholder communication.
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel.
• Ability to align with CET working hours.

Responsibilities

• Review payroll data to ensure correct salaries and costs are recorded.
• Prepare and issue client invoices based on payroll and service costs.
• Track and follow up on client payments to ensure timely collection.
• Manage supplier/vendor payments and review invoices for timely processing.
• Own and maintain cost accounts and AP records.
