Job summary

Grandstand seeks a Payroll Coordinator to manage multi-country payroll processes and ensure tax compliance across jurisdictions. You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR, and external providers to maintain accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidates have experience with UKG or similar HRIS/payroll tools, strong data handling skills, and comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience as payroll coordinator, specialist, or administrator, with exposure to multi-country payrolls (especially Europe).
• Experience coordinating with outsourced payroll providers or bureaus, not just in-house processing.
• Solid knowledge of PAYE, tax compliance, and labour regulations in at least one European jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, labour regulations, and reporting requirements across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate and maintain relationships with outsourced payroll service providers across Europe.
• Review and audit provider performance to ensure accuracy and alignment with Grandstand’s standards.
• Lead efforts to streamline data collection, input, and reporting across the payroll function.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll tax filings and submissions.
• Be the go-to person for employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and deductions.
