Job summary

Angel Aligner is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist responsible for accurate and timely payroll across North American entities, including biweekly processing for commercial and manufacturing operations.

You will coordinate payroll activities with international Employer of Record providers, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and deliver labor cost reporting to support budgeting, compensation planning, and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Administers end-to-end payroll processing for commercial and manufacturing operations.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage and hour laws.
• Facilitates internal and external audits by maintaining payroll records.
• Performs payroll reconciliations and reporting across HRIS and timekeeping systems.
• Coordinates payroll with international EOR providers for multi-country payroll.
• Responds to employee questions and explains deductions and tax withholdings.
