Latham & Watkins is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support payroll processing across offices and departments from its Downtown Los Angeles Global Services Office. This role offers a hybrid work schedule with in-office presence and opportunities to contribute to budget and forecasting processes.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, a preferred Certified Payroll qualification, and at least 3–5 years of high-volume payroll experience, with familiarity in PeopleSoft and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certified Payroll Qualification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience processing complex payroll in high-volume environments.
• 5+ years of cumulative payroll experience.
• Experience developing analyses and reports.
• PeopleSoft and ADP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accurate, timely payroll processing for bi-weekly and semi-monthly cycles.
• Coordinate payroll data across offices and departments.
• Support payroll-related budgeting and forecasting data processing and reporting.
• Process off-cycle checks and uploads as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information.
• Support benefits, retirement, and payroll adjustments projects.
