Job summary

CELSIUS Holdings, Inc. in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate U.S. and global payroll operations.

You will partner with Accounting, Finance, HR, and external providers to process payroll compliantly and manage equity-related payroll tasks. You will work in-office full-time at CELSIUS® Headquarters, with no people management responsibilities. Bachelor’s in a related field and 3–5 years of payroll experience are required, plus Excel proficiency and knowledge of payroll

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of payroll experience, including multi-state payroll.
• Solid knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Experience with equity compensation through payroll is a plus.
• Experience in a SOX-controlled environment is preferred.
• Strong Excel (Pivot, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP) and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Review bi-weekly U.S. payroll and monthly global payroll for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze payroll registers and tax impacts to identify discrepancies.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies with Payroll Specialist and Senior Manager.
• Support equity payroll processing including RSU/PSU vesting.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external providers on payroll matters.
• Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and documentation.
• Maintain payroll process documentation and system configurations.
