Zusammenfassung

Plaid is seeking a Payroll Accountant to manage semi-monthly U.S. payroll and contribute to international payroll activities.

You will report to the Payroll & Stock Administration Manager and handle payroll accounting, inquiries, and cross-functional collaboration. You will build reliable processes, prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and support audits while staying compliant with federal and state regulations.

Qualifikationen

• 2-5 years of payroll experience with multi-state U.S. payroll.
• Experience using Workday Payroll.
• Payroll accounting experience including journal entries and month-end close.

Aufgaben

• Process semi-monthly U.S. payroll and support international payroll activities.
• Review inputs and reports for accuracy; resolve discrepancies before finalizing payroll.
• Own payroll journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close support.
• Support audits of payroll-related areas and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Build scalable payroll processes and partner with People, Finance, Legal and external vendors.
