Plan, track, and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits.
Lead functional change initiatives (operating model, process, policy changes) and drive digital transformation.
Champion Agile ways of working and ensure projects deliver tangible business outcomes beyond consulting artefacts.
