Job summary

ACI Worldwide seeks a Technical Program Manager to oversee and coordinate customer-facing and internal programs, aligning business objectives with technology solutions.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage schedules, resources, and budgets, and deliver programs that upgrade fraud platform modernization. Strong leadership and program management experience are required to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years of project and/or program management experience for large enterprise initiatives.
• Knowledge of the product development process, software lifecycle, and agile program management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with experience delivering executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams including project managers, product managers, architects, developers and technical consultants.
• Manage program scope, schedule, resources, and budget to ensure ROI.
• Identify, track, and mitigate technical and non‑technical risks; escalate as needed.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to form strong cross‑functional collaboration.
• Provide executive dashboard reporting, including Gantt charts and risk dashboards.
• Ensure timely completion of programs within scope and budget.
