Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Processes international and domestic inbound/outbound wire payments via internal networks and customer calls.
• Processes real-time payments and resolves exceptions and inquiries.
• Monitors wire activity for fraud/AML per federal regulations and escalates as needed.
• Researches issues and performs system-related reconciliations and research requests.
• Collaborates with internal teams to support high-value wire processing and compliance requirements.
