Job summary

Fifth Third Bancorp seeks an experienced Payments professional to conduct business analysis, improve processes, and drive large-scale projects. You will lead market analysis, customer analysis, and business case development while collaborating with product managers, IT, and operations to implement enhancements that improve risk control and customer experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with MIS, Finance, or Business emphasis; master's preferred.
5-7 years’ experience in Banking, Systems, or Operations.
4 years’ experience in Payments Product groups including Treasury Management, Card Services, or Global Payments.
Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP certification preferred.
Broad understanding of Payments industry and supporting business system requirements.

Responsibilities

Possess solid knowledge of Payments strategy, plans, products, processes, and revenue streams.
Lead creation of deliverables such as market analysis, segmentation, business cases, and requirements.
Review procedures and product features; recommend changes for risk control and efficiency.
Lead projects, coordinate with product managers and IT, and ensure timely delivery.
Function as liaison between business, operations, and technical areas throughout the cycle.
Coordinate UAT test plans and vendor collaboration to ensure release quality.
