Worldpay is seeking a Project Manager II (Non-Technical) in Cincinnati, OH. You will coordinate day-to-day project deliverables, budgets and communications across cross-functional teams, driving successful outcomes for diverse initiatives.

The role requires extensive interaction with business partners, clients, and executive stakeholders, with heavy emphasis on planning, risk management and delivery excellence in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, CS, or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of PMBOK and project management standards.
• Experience managing budgets and timelines with the ability to set clear expectations and build morale.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and presentation.
• Excellent negotiation, analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict and time management skills.
• Advanced skills using Microsoft Office, project management tools like MS Project, Visio, Salesforce, ClickTime, Workday and SharePoint.
• Bonus: PMP certification and knowledge of financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates all aspects of projects from initiation through delivery.
• Manages project initiation activities including identifying contractual obligations, client or business needs and goals, existing situation and contacts.
• Ensures requirements for internal projects align to operational standards; develops alternate requirements or document exceptions as appropriate.
• Develops, defines and executes project plans, scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
• Identifies needed resources for projects, defines and assigns major project roles.
• Coordinates activities and tasks among project team members, internal departments and client or vendor/subcontractor organizations to meet goals and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Assigns and monitors work of project team, providing analytical support and direction.
• Manages project risks, issues and progress to ensure deadline, scope and quality.
• May oversee vendor/subcontractor tasks and deliverables as appropriate.
• Delivers updates to stakeholders and conducts post-implementation review.
• Some travel may be required.
