Qualifications
- 10+ years of Business Development experience in financial services.
- Proven track record of a 0-to-1 buildout of a payments division.
- Bilingual fluency to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Deep understanding of global regulatory landscape including PSD2, KYC/AML.
- Experienced in complex negotiations with payment networks and financial institutions.

- Transform Creator Payout processes for enhanced financial access.
