Qualifications

• 2-12+ years of industry software engineering experience (not internships nor includes co-ops).
• Strong coding skills in any programming language; language-agnostic interview process.
• Strong collaboration across workstreams and peers’ success.
• Thrive on autonomy, responsibility, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Interest in generalist roles across varying technologies and stacks.

Responsibilities

• Scope, design, build, and maintain APIs, services, and large-scale systems that handle billions of money movement requests.
• Debug and solve production issues across services and stack levels.
• Mentor engineers to help them grow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build new features at scale and improve engineering standards.
• Work effectively in a distributed, hybrid team with open communication.
