Qualifications

Degree in Life Sciences or related Health Science field.
5+ years in Biopharmaceutical/Oncology.
Experience in patient experience, engagement, digital health solutions.
Experience designing patient interventions improving adherence and outcomes.
Experience applying behavioral science to patient engagement.
Hands-on with digital health and AI-enabled patient solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop global patient experience frameworks and value models.
Prioritize high-value patient solution opportunities.
Design interventions using behavioral science and AI-enabled personalization.
Create KPIs, expected outcomes and evidence plans for patient interventions.
Collaborate with Medical, Commercial, Data Science and market teams.
Ensure responsible, compliant AI-enabled patient solutions with clear patient benefit.
