Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in financial counseling or patient services.
• Familiarity with foreign embassies and international patients preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a hospital revenue cycle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial consultations and cost estimates to international patients.
• Analyze data for self-pay patient estimations using Excel and Epic.
• Ensure pre-payment for services for international self-pay patients.
