Ruder Finn is seeking a Senior Director, Patient Engagement in New York to lead patient ambassador programs for pharmaceutical clients. You will shape strategy, identify audiences, onboard patients, and drive activation across videos, blogs, social channels and events.

You will oversee training, coaching, content development and regulatory compliance, while managing client relationships, budgets and cross-functional teams to deliver authentic, compliant patient engagements.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience managing pharmaceutical patient ambassador or similar programs.
• Experience designing ambassador models, selection criteria, and activation plans.
• Strong client-counsel and stakeholder presentation skills.
• Experience overseeing training of patients or caregivers; establish standards and processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for patient-facing comms.

Responsabilidades

• Develop patient ambassador strategies and program plans across channels.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and activation of ambassadors.
• Guide story development and ensure authenticity within regulatory boundaries.
• Manage client relationships, budgets, timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure programs comply with privacy, consent and fair-market-value considerations.
