Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) seeks a Program Manager for the Global Partnerships team to lead roadshows, LP engagements, and cross-team projects. The role requires exceptional organization, judgement with sensitive information, and a bias for action in a fast-moving environment.

The candidate will coordinate multi-city travel, manage calendars, and ensure timely follow-ups while maintaining a polished, brand-consistent LP experience.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in operations or program management in fast-paced settings.
• Proven track record managing multi-city travel and events.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication with LPs and senior leaders.
• Solid project management with initiative from 0 to 1.
• Discretion handling confidential information.
• Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Proficiency with modern productivity, scheduling, and travel tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage roadshows and LP events from planning through execution.
• Coordinate GP and LP availability across locations and time zones.
• Drive LP engagement cadence via CRM and meetings tracking.
• Coordinate and host LP experiences aligned with the a16z brand.
• Drive LP-related deliverables including DDQs and data-room requests.
