Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Specialist Solutions Architect to own end-to-end GTM strategy for a technology domain within the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). You will represent customer and partner voices, provide advanced technical guidance to GTM teams, and help shape partner solutions and architectures at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
• Experience in IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.
• Experience within specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 4+ years of contact center, or 2+ years of contact center experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the customer and our partners; collaborate with field and central teams to bring customer feedback to product teams.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to your aligned GTM teams to unblock partners delivering for customers’ largest challenges.
• Own the technical bar for specialist technical artifacts and standards.
• Collaborate with GTM colleagues to provide technical insights into GTM strategy and support field marketing to execute events, campaigns, and engagements.
• Act as a thought leader sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers and public-speaking events.
• Guide and support an internal community of technical SMEs aligned to customers; create enablement materials for the SA population.
• Design and deliver practice build and continual improvement to partners' business, ensuring architectures meet customer needs.
