Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Seattle, WA is seeking a Specialist Solutions Architect to drive end-to-end go-to-market strategies for the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization.

You will shape technical and business strategies with customers and partners to help AWS ideas grow into multi-billion-dollar opportunities. Responsibilities include owning the technical bar for specialist artifacts, guiding GTM strategy, and delivering field enablement materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a professional field or military.
• IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.
• Experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.
• Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 4+ years in contact center, or 2+ years in contact center experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the customer and partners; collaborate with field and central teams to bring feedback to product teams.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to GTM teams to unblock partners delivering for customers' largest challenges.
• Own the technical bar for specialist artifacts and standards.
• Collaborate with GTM colleagues to provide technical insights into GTM strategy and support field marketing.
• Share best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public-speaking events.
• Create enablement materials for the broader SA population to help them integrate AWS solutions.
• Design and deliver improvements to partners' business architectures to meet customer needs.
