Job summary

Capgemini, a global technology and business transformation leader, seeks a senior partner marketing executive to shape and lead our global alliance strategy. You'll drive joint narratives, campaigns and executive programs across markets, aligning partner priorities with Capgemini capabilities to accelerate demand and growth.

Reporting to the VP, Global Head of Strategic Marketing, you will manage budgets, leverage AI-enabled marketing, and mentor a multinational team to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a large global technology organization (IT services, enterprise software, cloud or platforms).
• Proven ownership of marketing strategies and joint go-to-market programs with strategic technology partners.
• Experience leading global or multi-regional programs across markets, units and stakeholders.
• 12–15+ years in B2B strategic/partner marketing with team leadership.
• Evidence of demand generation, pipeline contribution and budget management.
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled marketing, automation, data and analytics.
• Excellent strategic judgment, communication and storytelling for senior leaders.
• Experience leading large-scale global events and executive programs.
