Lilly in Indianapolis is seeking a senior Global Product Steward leader for parenteral drug products. You will set direction for technical stewardship across internal sites and contract manufacturers, guiding lifecycle management, process knowledge, and transfer programs on a global scale.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in science, engineering, or technical discipline.
15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing within a cGMP environment.
10+ years of direct experience in parenteral (injectable) drug product manufacturing, with significant depth in MSAT, process support, or related roles.
Proven track record leading technical organizations across multiple manufacturing sites in a global matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the Global Product Steward organization for parenteral drug products and set strategic priorities across the network.
Serve as the network-level escalation point for complex technical issues affecting production continuity.
Build and retain a high-performing team of product stewards with deep process knowledge and lifecycle management expertise.
Ensure staff are trained and qualified to deliver network-wide stewardship and capacity expansion.
